Our Clever journey began in 2016 as Deb Drake wanted to offer property owners a personalised property management service. With enthusiasm in her step, her honest and transparent approach to property management was welcomed and truly valued by property owners. In 2018, Deb begun to sell properties in the Tewantin and Noosaville area and since then, have seen tremendous success in real estate. With expertise in both the rental and sales market, her personalised approach to property is renowned. As the Clever team continues to expand, the Clever team continues to hold their values of integrity, accountability, transparency and teamwork.
